Health Questions - Frisco,TX
Hi,
I am a chiropractor and I want to do different health topic seminars for my patients to answer questions they might have an various health subjects.
I was wondering if there are any health subjects/topics you mom's are interested in/confused about. This will help me design my seminars/lectures to better fit what they might be interested in (rather than me guessing).
Thanks
So What Happened?™
Ladies,
Thank you very much! I love all of the topics that you guys suggested. There are so many things that I take for granted and don't realize that people don't know about them. Chiropractic for children/babies, all the ailments chiropractic can help with, and information on nutrition/vitamins.
I will use your suggestions and get some great seminars going. Thanks!!

There are quite a few women (probably not on this forum) who would be interested in how chiropractic could benefit fertility. With so many women delaying childbearing, there should be quite a bit of interest - especially since many people don't want to go through IVF...to invasive and too expensive!

I really don't understand what a chiropractor can help me with at all. I've always associated them with back pain I guess. I wouldn't mind just a general overview of the things you do. I got a spinal headache after having a spinal for my c-section and I still have neck pain and stiffness since then. Is that something you can help with?

How about asthma? Our chiropractor has been educating us on the advantages of helping our son get chiropractic care, in an effort to reduce any symptoms he may have. Our son has been taking medications for this for a number of years, and our chiropractor is more of a "naturalist" when it comes to medicine, so he was offering up his knowledge, which we love to hear.

Hi!
Before my son, I was a chiropractor assistant in Flower Mound. The practice I worked for, had seminars. Our most successful seminars: healthy eating, healthy weight loss, fibromyalgia, and how chiropractic care can help the immune system and overall health. We also had fruit, cheese, veggies, and drinks. At each of the seminars we would have a little sheet asking what patients would like to learn more about. We generally based our next seminars on that. Good luck!!

LBP. It seems "everyone" has it. What are some things a person can do at home to help prevent or alleviate it if it's minor.
Migraines. Other than meds and avoiding triggers, what helps?

If you use nutritional supplements, may be you can do the benfits/need of supplementing in today's food supply. So many health issues can be prevented with good balanced nutritional supplements. I am a living example! 20 years of migraine and 6 years of severe lower back pain and now pain free due to great supplements. Before, my doctor just suggested pain killers for my back.
Where in Frisco is your practice?
