Be careful. A handyman is only liscensed to swing a hammer. I live near the arcadia area and my husband is a lisc. electrical contractor. I would recommend my brother-in-christ Mitch who has his own handyman business and runs youth ministry at my church (First Baptist Church of Scottsdale on Osborn and 70th). his number is ###-###-####. I personnally have not used him but I can vouch for his great moral character.
