Hand Held Travel Games

My daughters just got a Leap Frog CLICK START. Its a little computer that connects to the tv. My 4 year old had it mastered in minutes. My three year old has difficulty with the mouse still. Can anyone recommend a hand held electronic travel game age appropriate for this age group? This computer is educational and I love that they are learning in front of the tv instead of just watching cartoons! I have dvd players but need new ones for the car so if its something they can use with the dvd thats good also. THANKS!!!

What can I do next?

Hi, I have two boys ages 3 and 4. I just bought them hand held things made by leapfrog. For the three year old I got one that practices letters, numbers, and colors, and had like 25 games on it. For the 4 year old I got one that is similar but it also has a screen on it, similar to a magnadoodle, that you practice writing your letters. My boys have not tried them yet because they are Christmas presents but I have played around with them some and know that my boys will love them. The best part is they only cost about $20 each. Good Luck!

Hi D.,
My son has the V-Smile. It has age appropriate games. It is also a learning game system and it based mostly on familiar disney characters and other TV cartoon characters.
The great thing about this game is that it is also able to plug into your TV so you can play it on there as well.

Hi D.,
Try the leap frog Leapster.
It's a hand held game along the same lines as the click and start. it comes pre-loaded with a few games, but there are other games that you cam purchase also. they have a disney princess game that teaches math and spelling. My daughter has had her's since she was 3. She's seven now and still enjoys it. it can grow with your child. All of the games are marked according to the child's age, and have different skill levels such as easy medium and hard.
Hope this helps.
