Halloween Treat for Family Party
My aunt is having a halloween party for my grandfathers birthday. I was wondering if any moms had some cute treat ideas? Nothing too elaborate... i have 4 kids and it is a very hectic time of year...as you all know :) It can be either an appetizer or a dessert as long as it is halloweeny. Thank you all so much! I cannot seem to get my creative juices flowing at moment :(

I'm not great with the creative things, but this treat is great to take along and put on a side table for nibbling.
Mix equal parts candy corn and peanuts in a dish. When you eat them together it tastes like a nut roll.
It is so simple and yet is a great sweet treat.

Dirt and worms seems kid of halloween appropriate. I mix equal parts chocolate pudding and cool whip and layer this with crushed oreo's- if you put the oreo's in the blender it looks just like dirt. A layer of dirt, a layer of pudding, then a layer of dirt with some gummy worms on top. I do it in the small clear plastic cups. One box of pudding, container of cool whip and box of oreo's makes about 12 -18 servings.

This is a little time consuming, but very cute if you are displaying it. Buy everyone their own mini pumpkin. Cut the tops off & save. Scoop out the insides. Fill them with something. Ex. Ice cream (pumpkin flavor if you can find it), or candy. Put the tops back on. You could even put some cake batter inside and bake it as personal cupcakes.

Smore's brownies - - recipe can be found on side of Duncan Hines brownie mix. Make the day before so graham crackers can soften. They're a hit everytime I make them.
