Hair and Lips

Hello. I have straight hair but for some reason it does not look straight like I would like for it to look. I look like a lion. It is soooo frizzy. Can anybody recommend what I can use to prevent it from looking so frizzy w/o having to lather on some polish or w/o having to iron it? Also looking for suggestions as to where I can go to have my lips examined. They are not smooth looking. They look like they are wrinkled and have been looking that way for years now.

I have the same kind of hair and it's due to not getting all the moisture out of each strand of hair when it's blown dry. I use a hot iron (professional grade iron cuts down the time spent on straightening) to make sure it is completely dry after I blow dry. However, a while back I got my hair permed straight. Sounds weird but I never had to blow dry my hair to have it lay flat and smooth. The product my hair dresser used is the product that African American women use to flatten their hair as apparently it is more gentle on the hair. I haven't done that in a while now though so I'm back to hot ironing. Good luck!

Try the Aveda products. They work and are not heavy like other products.

Hi,
I have the same problem.I use an iron.I read in a magazine that rinsing hair with seltzer water after you condition can tame hair.
The carbonation causes a change in pH that calms and smooths the hair shaft.I haven't tried it yet.
For dry lips try applying butter.
