Yes. I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and had them order it from the store so that I was able to use my 20% off coupon. I really like the steamer for our tile and wood floors

I have the SI-35 slim version. I've only used it a couple of times. I like it a lot but I don't think it cleans my laminate as well as with my microfiber mop and ammonia. I bought it in hopes that it would clean the recesses in pattern of my my flooring; I haven't seen that yet. However, it does clean in about 10 minutes, versus 20 with my old mop. I'm still a little nervous about using it on laminate, so maybe I'm running it over the floor too quickly. The water heats up quickly and I can do my kitchen and laundry room on one fill. I'll give it a bit more time to see if it can clean the build-up. It is still much easier than the old mop; you won't even break a sweat with it.

I really "LIKE" my Hahn. I use it on our large kitchen floor and also use it on carpet stains. Two dogs in the house sometimes leave stains so I just spritz some stain remover on the carpet and by using the steam from the Hahn the stains and odors are gone. It's very handy and has a long cord to get all around our large kitchen floor.

Hi R.,
I have the Haan and LOVE it!!!!!!!!!! When you turn it on, it takes about 3 or 4 mins to get hot, but when it's hot, it has steam blowing out the sides. I use it on my tile and laminate wood floors. I like how it gets hot and really sanitzes the floors. I just wash the pads in the washer and let them air dry. I used to use just a mop and a bucket of bleach, and swifter sweeper wet jet. We decided to get it because a friend raved about it, our house always smelled funny or like chemicals and we were expecting a baby. We thought it would be great because of not having to use chemicals. Our floors feel, look and smell cleaner!! My best friends bought the shark and it broke after 5 uses. And she said it never got hot to where it was steaming. Good luck everybody has their option.
