Great Pies for Thanksgiving

Hello Mama's.!!!!!This will be my first Thanksgiving here in Dallas ( i usually go home to El Paso TX) and all of you out there have always helped me and so many other's that submitt questions. I need to know where I can get a great pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving?
Does anyone know of a great bakery? or maybe someone that makes and sells for the Holidays?

Hi M.,
I'm from El Paso too. You should try Denny's. They make great pies or even some of the other diners. My mom used to buy the pies in Denny's in El Paso. But I don't see why they wouldn't do it here. Check it out!

If you want to spend a little bit more but get a great pie go to Celebrity Bakery (Parker and Preston I think or there is one in Frisco on Preston). They have great pies and cakes and cookies :)

I think Costco has great pumpkin pie. They also have really good pumpkin cheesecake.

We like the pies at Market Street. We frequent the one in Allen at Watters Creek.

Another favorite at my house is my Buttermilk pie. It is always requested and always happily prepared!

If you have a Sam's club membership their pumpkin pie is very good. It is also very easy to make one. All you have to do is follow the directions on the pumpkin pie filing label.
