Hi Mamas,

I'm doing some research re. going back to school and getting a Masters. I do plan on talking to the Financial Aid office, etc., re a game plan to pay for it. I will hit the library and internet as well to see what I can find. I have to work full time, so I may not be eligible for some things.

I'm looking at an Education Psychology program with a focus on Autism Intervention.

Does anyone have ideas re. non-conventional resources for graduate degrees?

Thanks!

What can I do next?

Where do you work? Do they have any tuition reimbursement benefits at your company? Is this program something that will help you in your current job responsibilities or help you qualify for another job with the organization you work for? Will any of the classes qualify? Good luck!

Wow, that's a hard question. I think the school you choose would be the best source of information. They often offer stipends for grad students and have them teach intro level classes to work for their funding. Or help a researcher do their work. There are all sorts of ways to earn the money to pay for the classes but you have to talk to that college or the university office about what is available.
