Good OBGYN in Lindenhurst/Gurnee Area

Asha Gandhi - She has an office in Libertyville and Park City/Gurnee (corner of Greenleaf and Washington) ###-###-####. She is fantastic! At the hospital, when she says jump, the attending nurses say, "How high?". After I had my first, I found out that she had delivered ten of my current and former students. One of the moms at my school has been going to her for 16+ years.

I absolutely love the doctors at Ob-Gyne Associates of Lake Forest and they have an office in Gurnee (36100 Brookside Drive – Suite 100) just off of Route 132/Grand Ave. There are 5 doctors there and they are all fantastic! Good luck!

Dr. Woods on Greenleaf near Park City. He and his daughter are absolutely great. Never had an embarrasing moment there. By the way, Condell is now taking Blue Cross since they are part of the Advocate System (had to tell you even though I work for a competitor).

I don't know what kind of insurance you may have. You probably already know this, but I don't think Condell hospital accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield yet. Blue Cross Blue Shield also dropped some doctors out of thier network. Things could have changed, but I don't remember hearing anything. (We use Lake Forest doctors and hospital.)

I hope things changed with this insurance company, but I just wanted to put this out there just in case you use BCBS and things have not changed.

Check with your OB practice, a lot of the Lake Forest doctors have offices in the Gurnee. Mine is Dr. Eileen Morrison (can't remember the name of the group) There are 3 other women: Akemi Nakanishi, Jennifer Shaefer, and Adriana Spellman. They have an office in the Condell Medical building in Gurnee, on the northeast corner of Grand and Hunt Club, right next to Max & Irma's in the Gurnee Mills circle and at Condell Hospital in Libertyville. They are affiliated with both Condell and LF. Gurnee office ####-###-#### and Libertyville ####-###-####. I know Lake Forest OB Assoc has an office in the LF medical building on Grand next to the Rosen car dealers. Some will have offices in the LF building in Grayslake.

I love Dr. Ralph Frank. He is in the Condell building by the Centre Club on Hunt Club. He works out of both hospitals. He and his nurse Jan are so nice. The office number is ###-###-####

I would HIGHLY recommend OB/GYNE associates of lake forest as they have a gurnee office in the LF medical building on Grand across from Borderes. LOVE,love, love Dr. Heather Heighberger as well as Dr. Jill Holden. Those are my first choices. My third would be Dr. Michael Hubbell. You honestly cannot go wrong with this group especially those specific doctors. Best wishes!!

Jennifer Schaefer is my OB/Gyn and she's absolutely wonderful! The other drs. in the practice are great, too.
