I have a friend who is in the process of refinancing our current mortgage; which he gave us a few months ago. The rates have dropped greatly in the last month. Our first loan he did two mortgages so we didn't have to pay PMI (mortgage insurance) so our taxes are all due at the end of the year. He cut our payments DOWN alot!
