We've used her twice now to refinance and she has gotten us great deals and always made sure we completely understood the terms of the loan. She's got great energy and is just really good at her job. Just an FYI: We've used Wells Fargo (I have a good contact there if you decide you want to try it again) for 3 mortgages now and we've never had an issue. Aside from being the biggest expense we have every month, I never think about our mortgage. My friend ended up using a mortgage company because of her builder and has had nothing but trouble with them. Also, it doesn't hurt your credit to have a few places pull it if they're all pulling for the same reason, so check with several places.
