I go to "Suissa Salon" at Tysons Corner. It is located on the first-floor food court, right next to McDonalds.

Mahi (just like the fish mahi-mahi) normally cuts my hair. She is there on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. She is really-really good with haircuts, coloring especially coloring) and styling.

Hair Extraordinaire in Falls Church, VA. It's very small, and somehwat hard to find - in Loehmann's Plaza on Rt. 50. - right next to the new Giant. Great girls, young, enthusiastic, up-to-date with the styles, colors, extensions, etc., and priced very reasonably. Small, homey atmosphere - like going to your girlfriend's house.
