Good Contractor

OK, I have one that is really good and reasonably priced but he is a little slow. If speed isn't an issue, then he is definitely worth it. After a really bad experience with another one, I am willing to deal with someone slow since he does not charge hourly. I have only used him once, but will call him next time I need anyone. He seems like a really nice guy. Anyway, here's the info:

I can remove the wallpaper and then paint your two bathrooms. And I know a good contractor for the other projects. I have used him myself. Plus I have been his helper on a few projects. I don't think he's ever had to advertise...all business from word-of-mouth for probably well over 20 years! His name is Doug Smith ###-###-####.
