I have had good experiences with Marshall Field's. They also were very nice. I would call now to see if they use the same contractor, now that they are Macy's.
Do not use Pedian. They are in your area, and they ruined several of my rugs. They also did not do anything to compensate me for the loss and the expense of cleaning.

My parents have used Koshgarian Carpet cleaning and were pleased with the job they did. Also, Stanley Steamers and Brighton Carpet cleaning have gotten good reviews from my friends. Hope this helps, L.

My mother-in-law swears by Koshgarian, but it's pricey. We've been very happy using the coupons for American Steam Cleaning. They show up on time, are professional, and we were pleasantly surprised at the results; our stained carpet (new puppy)looked great. For a small upcharge, they'll work on old or stubborn stains with pretty good results.

We use Stanley Steemer 3 times a year.
