Going Organic

I recently purchased the book "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About". I found it to be very informative. Since reading the book I have decided to go organic. I was wondering if anyone knew of another place to buy organic products other then Whole Foods and Publix.

What can I do next?

There is a place on Northlake that my mom goes to:

Nutritions Mart
4155 Northlake Blvd # B
West Palm Beach, FL Phone: ###-###-####

They have a little bit of everything here is the web address

My mother-in-law only uses organic products and consults a natural nutrionist. Since I had my daughter, who is now 7th months, I have also tried to venture into using organic product since I am making her baby food.
I know Nutrition World and similar stores sell organic foods, but it sometimes is more expensive than Whole Foods or even Publix. I don't know how old your boys are, but Babies R Us sells Earth's Best baby foods, teething biscuits, and cereals and it is MUCH cheaper than any other store!
I hope this helps.

I don't know where you live, but I know of 2 other places one is the Nutrition store on the North side of Northlake Blvd across from Publix just west of I-95 and one on the north west corner of PGA blvd and Military trail. I hope that helps :)

I've seen organic at costco.

I had friends years ago in a co-op for buying organic called Ozark http://www.ozarkcoop.com/
maybe you could check to see if there's a delivery area near you.

We do mini organic gardens from time to time. We buy organic soil in bags and stack them on top of each other two bags deep. We did a little edge and poked holes through the bottom of the top bag so the roots could get through. Voila-we loved tomatoes, broccoli, radishes zucchinis, green beans. My husband used peppermint soap (comes in liquid from the health food store) diluting it and sprayed the plants from time to time. The tomatoes would get quite a few bugs I remember but the ones we got were so good. Good luck in your search.LaurieK

There are 2 health food stores locally. Nutrition World and Fresh Market.
