I just wanted to share exciting news.
My neighbors who did invetro twice to get their 1st baby, had given up on the idea of having another child after 3 rounds of failed inverto, are now pregnant with TWINS on their own without any treatments!
I am so stinking excited for them and so anxiously awaiting the arrival of their beautiful babies!!

Anything great you would like to share? Happy Monday!

What can I do next?

That is great news! I wish them all the best. The good news is tempered, though, by the fact that they lost 3 (or more?) children. My heart goes out to them.

I sometimes wonder if he doesn't do that every now and then to point out he is still in control. :)

One of my coworker's new grandson was born 10 weeks premature....and he is going to make it!!! Tiny little thing but just as boy as any full term. He has already gained two ounces and is breathing on his own!!!

Pretty damn amazing if you ask me!

No news here myself but when I saw the subject line, tears welled up with a huge feeling of joy! You're right, God is good and is always working miracles big and small in our lives. Thanks for the reminder and continued prayers for a strong/healthy pregnancy for your neighbor!
Thank you Molly for being a source of joy for me and others today.

For me, God is always good.
He cares about what I wish, even the trivial things. Few months ago, we didn't have anything in the fridge, money was tight because my son had dental treatment. It was 8 pm, my son was hungry because I only gave him milk, suddenly my husband home from his class and brought chips, chocolate cake and 2 boxes of nutrigrain bars. We ate that " dinner" thankfully. My husband said that his professor told students to bring snack for everyone in turns. Usually the class ate the whole snack, but that day they didn't eat much, only 2 pieces of cake. The one who brought them gave it to my hubby, remembering our son.
Few days ago, I was praying in tears because again we have no money. Food money was used for new semester's books and my son school supplies and clothings. My husband laptop was battery dead. In the afternoon, my husband got an email that faculty gave him a grant. It is enough to buy a new laptop and also buy some cosmetics that I have been wanting, and to help my friends who is in need now.
The grant itself wasnt given last year, my husband friend was so upset she didn't accept it. My hubby can't believe his luck, he asked 3 faculty people and they said we can keep it!

*I have TWO friends adopting their foster children today!
*Saturday marks the one year anniversary of my foster but soon to be adopted son coming into our lives.
*My beautiful 4 week old foster daughter's mom is doing soo well, and will probably be getting custody of her baby back soon!

That really IS a blessing....and you are a sweet person to share something nice that is not something happening to you, but you feel happy. You are a blessing as well....
I am very glad for your neighbors....!

Becky, I view the "3 lost" children as not being in God's plan to be born. We tried for 10 years without a sniff of pregnancy. I gave up on having a kiddo - I thought I was destined to not be a mother. We talked about trying the medical intervention route, something I really didn't want to do. The night before I was to make the call to set up an appointment, I took a pregnancy test.....it was positive.

I look upon those ten years as God saying we weren't ready...
