Girls Night Out - Kansas City,MO
I am trying to organize a Girls Night Out with some friends in the Raytown/Independence area but I need some help. We are in desparate need to let our hair down without the kiddos. I was hoping to find some place that has 1/2 priced appitizers or dessert specials or something like that on a week night since we are all kind of poor. We do not drink so drink specials don't really help and it needs to be smoke free since some of the ladies are expecting. Any suggestions?

There's a 54th Street restaurant in Independence, they have half price appetizers after 5 or 6 pm every week night.

The Melting Pot has Happy Hour ($3.75 for cheese or chocolate fondue per person per course) Sunday thru Friday from 4-6 and a reverse happy hour the same days for chocolate only. Delicious, decadent, enough to satisfy/fill me and all for under $10 (because I drink water)! YAY!!

Best and cheapest happy hour I have ever found is at THE BRIO on the plaza... only 2.95 food and it is soooo good. To me, Kona is great, but always too crowded.

Houlihan's, Kona Grill, The Melting Pot- They have some of the best Happy Hour's around! Half price appetizers, and some entrees, and desserts. YUMMYYYY!
