My little girl is almost 7 months. My husband and I would like aother one soon. Is there anyway to become pregnant while breastfeeding???

I got pregnant while breastfeeding my son when he was ten months old and he naturally weaned by the time he was 15 months. I had only gotten my period once since giving birth and I guess that was enough to make me ovulate. Good luck with getting pregnant.

Yes you can. It happened to my sister. She was still nursing my nephew when she got pregnant with my newest nephew.

You sure can! I got pregnant with my second child while breasfeeding my first. She was only 4 month old at the time.

Breastfeeding does change some hormones that make it harder to get pregnant during the first 6 months. Once he/she starts sleeping through the night and you start adding cereal and baby food, you will be nursing less frequently, reducing those hormones. I was still breastfeeding my older daughter when I became (unintentionally) pregnant with my younger daughter. If it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't. I don't know of any surefire way to get pregnant exactly when you want to.

oh yes mine are 16mos apart because I was breastfeeding my first. Only we definately did not plann it! Its harder to tell when you are ovulating but it can happen.
