Fridge Repair

I need a recomendation on a good but cheap fridge service company. I don't know what is wrong but since the rolling power outages that occured in Frisco in January of this year but fridge is leaking about a cup of water per week into the vegetable bin of my fridge. I have also noticed that water is leaking from somewhere inside the freezer portion of my fridge and then will refreeze.
