Food Ideas for Afternoon Tea Party
I'm planning a tea party for this afternoon and need a few easy ideas for snacks. I already have little sandwiches and tiny cookies. Any other ideas? Thanks so much!

Fresh fruit salad. Just cut it up into small pieces and toss it.

How fun! I love to host teas. You should have something chocolate, for sure, like some truffles. Can you get some mini quiches? Fruit cut up, like strawberries and kiwi or grapes. Of course, scones with clotted cream and jam. How may people are you serving and are they ladies or girls? Sweet bread, like banana or almond poppyseed. Cheese and crackers. Nuts.
Have fun!!

If it is for little girls you need to have Pink Tea. Just pink lemonade in a tea pot.

Make your own placecards out of index cards and print the person's name on a label. Use fun stickers around the person's name. I have found teacup stickers or use flowers or butterflies. Get party favors like a candle, or picture frame at the dollar store. You can also print the person's name on card stock and put inside the frame and use that as a placecard. I found cute little ceramic teacups at the dollar store and gave to each guest as a memento of the event.
