She'll go through phases. Don't worry. My DD was only interested in eating mac and cheese for about 3 weeks. Doc said she'd be fine.
Right now all she'll eat is pbj, nutrigrain bars and bananas. Next week it'll be something else I'm sure. Just keep trying to get her to try other things.

I think you are lucky she will eat veggies and fruits so let her. But I did hear that the acid in citrus softens the enamel on teeth so after eating the oranges have her rinse her mouth with water, but not brush her teeth for a couple hours. They say brushing right after citrus can actually brush away enamel so you should wait a bit to let it harden back up. Wish I'd known this when my kids were little.

When my son was 1 yr. old he wanted to suck on nectarines and peaches all day. He'd pop the whole piece of fruit right into his tiny mouth and start chewing and sucking. He had a fruit rash on his bottom chin for months andit showed up in all of his pictures.

My concern about the oranges is they are so acidic and that might cause a problem on her bum with lose stools causing a diaper rash. So just try to balance her fruit and veggies choices with a cracker or yogurt.

Although variety is good to have..I don't think it's a bad thing to have that on a daily basis. You are very luck to have a child who LOVES oranges and green beans, maybe she can have that and then add another fruit or vegetable..just to kinda get her into other foods as well ...which also have other minerals and vitamins that she needs.

Good luck!

No unless she is getting a rash from the acidity from the oranges. If she likes them, I'd serve a little of each with her lunch and dinner and then some oranges with her breakfast too!
