Family and I will be going to Florida next week for son's baseball World Series in Disney. Do you know where we can get some discounted tickets for Universal Studios. Do you know of any other fun attractions we can do that's not expensive?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

We were actually able to get discounted tickets from the sports organization. We got a two day pass to Universal Studios. It was a Blast even though it rained every day we were there. The world series was a great experience for my son as well.

Everything in that area is expensive! Sea World is really fun and I think the Disney water parks are less expensive. When we were kids (grew up in FL), we LOVED this place! It's a whole evening's entertainment (including dinner) so consider this too!

Aquatic (Seaworld's waterpark) might be cheaper than the Disney waterparks. Also, if your kids are interested in alligators, they might enjoy Gatorland. It's kind of a lower key gator-themed park. It's about $20 for adults, $15 for kids three to twelve. There's always the beaches; they're free!! : )

Are you or anyone in your family at AAA member? if so they offer awesome discounts. In fact you may be able to just stop in one of their offices and they might work with you on a sweet package deal even if you aren't a member.
have FUN!!!! :)

My daughter buys discounted tickets on craigs list. She has done this several times.

If you want to save money on food, buy your food at grocery stores, including hot foods like rotisserie chicken (cheapest at Sams), fried chicken, and the dollar menus at any fast food restaurant. Buy your sodas in cans at grocery stores too. One 12 ounce can will fill a 40 oz cup full of ice at a fast food restaurant.

BTW, the Sea World Luau was the best we've been to, including those we went to in Hawaii. In Hawaii, the best was the one put on by the Polynesian Cultural Center.

Hope you have a wonderful time. Good luck to you and yours.
