Fisher Price Starlight Papasan Swing

when you plug it in, the lights and music work for like 5 seconds then goes off and cant get it to come on again. the swing swings fine but just no lights or music on battery or ac power..any suggestions?

i called fisher price and they are going to send me a new head. fisher price customer service is very good!!

it may be on a store demo setting. double check the instructions or call fischer price to see if they can help you out with this problem!

same problem here--we have the "natures touch" papasan swing. Anyway... it was out of warranty (not by much, but they WILL require you to give them all the codes on the unit in order to process a claim). We wound up having to pay $40 for a new motor unit. From talking to the rep, it sounds like these things just go bad after a while.

Try turning it off and on again and pushing the reset button. We have this swing and have had to play with the buttons a little to get the lights and mobile to work.

we had a regular papasan, no lights, and when this happened, it was usually old batteries, or one wasn't seated just right.
