First Haircut - Barrington,IL

I go to Kids Hair in Deer Park off of Route 12 and Long Grove Rd. Nice people and patient with kids. They have booster seats and will cut their hair with them on your lap or strapped in to the chair.

There is a good place in Deer Park shopping mall. It's near pier one imports and smith & hawken (if you know where that is). Can't remember the name of it.....

I take my kids to Kid's Hair at Deer Park. They have movies at each station to distract the kids. The stylists work great with the kids - when I first took my son he did not like hair cuts at all but the stylists were always very patient.

I took my son to Child Styles in Algonquin. They can sit in a car or jeep, watch a movie while getting cut, and they take his picture and give them a certificate with a lock of hair on it for the first cut. I also hear the Cool Cuts in the Algonquin Commons is good too.
