Party City has a ton of birthday hats and tiaras. I found a beautiful dress at Kids R Us for my daughter's first birthday. It is pink and is embroidered with Birthday Princess and it came with a matching tiara.

Ella Bella in Southlake has wonderful birthday outfits.

Have you been in Hancock Fabrics in Lewisville lately? I was in there yesterday after church and noticed they have the little girls onece and tutu's.
