Hi ladies, I need your help again. I need suggestions for a baby shower that I am having at my home. I am looking at approx.
50 ladies to attend. What do you suggest for finger foods?

Google "pepperoni dip in crock pot". So easy and so good. I served with cut up mini bagels as you need something hearty to pick up this thick dip!

Cold shrimp
Mini quiche
Fresh-cut veggies (carrots/celery/snap peas/sliced bell pepper) & dip
Lil' Smokies or meatballs
Cheese & crackers

Google recipes for crostini - you will likely find a lot of different toppings. I like doing this, because you can largely prepare it all ahead of time, but it is all still very elegant. Slice thinnly a french baguette ahead of time and freeze pieces in a ziploc bag. Make the topping in individual bowls. I do one ( a Betty Crocker recipe I think) with chopped sun dried tomatoes, onion, garlic, and feta. Can store overnight. The day of the event, take the bread out to thaw, and brush with olive oil. Toast in an oven on a cookie sheet, and top each with topping. Pretty quick and easy.

- veggies and dip
- Buffalo Chicken dip with scoops chips

You should talk to the person you are throwing the shower for and make sure what she is able to eat. My Dr. said no lunch meat when preg. unless thoroughly heated and eaten while still hot - YUCK!! LOL ~
I would do things like the little meatballs that you can throw in a crockpot, and the little smokies, a 7-layer dip with chips, maybe some fruit skewers, and veggies and dip. I can think of a million more things too, my friends call me the appetizer queen......if you want more, just PM me!
Good Luck ~
