Finding a Good Diaper

My son always leaks through his diapers in the night and what a hassel changing his sheets everyday. he is only 20 mths old and I know breaking him from his before bed bottle will help but while I am in the process does anyone know of a good night time diaper??? I have changed it before I go to bed myself but that wakes him up then he's up for awhile. And he wears huggies I thought those were one of the best diapers. Thanks A.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

THANKS FOR THE ADVICE i AM GOING TO GIVE ALL A SHOT!!!

Hello A.
I have two great boys and i found that Luvs are the best. I have tryed everything and nothing would work for them. So I would try them if i was you. Please let me know if that works.

i have found that Luvs is the one diaper I have had no problems with. they are also cheap, an extra bonus.

When my kids were in diapers I found that Luvs worked the best on leaks and everything else you need a diaper for. They are generally the least expensive and hold the most. Give them a try if you haven't already.

I had the same problem with both my kids! A good friend of mine told me to try 'Diaper Doublers' and it WORKED! No more soggy sheets and babies!! They are basicly kind of like a maxi-pad that you put in side the diaper whenever you need you kids extra dry and comfy. They sell them at Babies-R-Us, and they are like 3 dollars for 30. They are cheep, easy and they work GREAT! You have got to at least try them!!

best diaper there ever has been is luvs i wouldn't know what to do with out luvs. i have never had any beds wet sense i have started to use them, but with any diaper make sure that they fit if one is to big you get leaks, and if to small they won't hold what your child is doing through the night. i have used luvs for over nine years and they are by far the best that i have used or will ever use.
hope this works
you can also try smaller amounts of liquid while trying to break him that might work. good luck

I too have had the experience with my son waking up soaked in his own pee. I found a product at babies R Us and it is in the diaper isle. They are cotten inserts (kinda like maxi pad but with no sticky stuff) They are a heaven send! I use 1 a night so a package lasts 1 month. They are very inexpensive too. Like $2 something a package. They are on the bottom shelf in a blue and pink package. You should give them a try! C.

Get Pampers Cruisers. They are very absorbent and don't leak out the leg or top edges.

I used to use huggies and found that they were always leaking for me too. I changed to Luvs and have had no prblems with them. My daughter sleeps 12 hours through the night and has never leaked with the Luvs. She even gets a night time sippy full of milk. Hope this helps

I don't know if you've tried this or not but I'll mention it anyhow. What about giving him more solid, filling foods for dinner so that he doesn't want so much bottle b/4 bed? I had to give my little guy more solids, too, b/c of leaky diapers. I've tried them ALL & none of them beat the leak. Hope I could help :)

Believe it or not the best diaper I have found that doesn't leak are the K-mart name brand "Little Ones". I had the same problem. They are also A LOT cheaper!!

Hello A.,

I have a 12 month old son and we use pampers during the day but he was leaking thru them really bad and every night so the best diaper during the night are the Huggies OVERNIGHTS for boys. you might want to go up one size so it's even bigger b/c that's what we did. my son was leaking thru his diaper for 2 weeks and we couldn't figure out why but this diaper has given him a dry bed and clothes since then. so i hope this helps you out.
