Feeding Device/utensil

I hope you guys can help me.....Has anyone ever heard of a dipper? It is a feeding device or utensil. I have been told about it, recently. It is not a spoon. It has a handle like a spoon and on the other end is like a spatula used for dipping. The baby dips the spatula end into the baby food and eats it off the spatula end. It is supposed to help with learning to self feed. I have looked everywhere, even on-line and can't find it... If you have any ideas about this please let me know! Thanks.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Thank you guys for your quick responses...I found one on-line and are going to try it out. Thanks!

Like the other posts, neither of my 2 boys would use them. Waste of money. We were successful with First Years take & toss spoons. I didn't toss but washed & kept them. Good luck:)

I have some from when my boys were littler. I think they were from Babies R Us, but like the other poster they didn't really do anything for us. We did have good luck with the spoons with thicker handles.

I've seen them at Babies R Us

i had something like that with my kids a few years ago it was a waist of money, a kids spoon was just as good if not better. don't even bother...

the One step ahead website is very helpful for things like that. the link below is one that maybe is what your looking for. it said it was a spatula spoon. hope that helps.

I have them. I bought them at Walmart about 3 or 4 years ago. I am 99% sure they were gerber brand lil dippers. My kids have all hated them at the age where youd use them. Just give them a spoon!!
