I have tried it & one of my co-workers has been better about staying on it. Because you're eating whole foods, it does tend to be more expensive, especially when you first start it. The thing I liked best about it is that there isn't any prep work or measuring so you can eat right when you're hungry. I only stayed on it a week or so (I tended to go off it on the weekends), but my co-worker lost 20 lbs the within about 3-4 weeks when she was on it the first time & has just gone back on it to lose more weight. I think the main thing it teaches you is to eat smaller meals more often. I've had some success just implementing that technique with the foods I usually eat.
