Family Trip to Mexico Resort. Snacks Allowed?
We are leaving soon for a flight to Cancun airport for a vacation in Mexico. Can anyone tell me what if any snacks, drinks are allowed into the airport/airplane? Not sure about drinks at all but how about small bags of goldfish and stuff like that?
Thanks for your help.

Any snacks are fine, though you might not be allowed to bring produce into another country, so I would avoid packing fresh fruit or veggies. But any packaged type of food is definitely ok.
Drinks are iffy. Milk/formula for kids and babies is always ok. I have also been able to get juice boxes through, saying he needed it to keep his ears from popping. Water is never ok and has to be purchased after you've gone through security.
I always pack TONS of snacks and sometimes even a full dinner for myself (like subway sandwiches and chips) and it's always fine. Have a great trip!

Yes on the snacks/food/gum/candy. Drinks, not so much. Always call ahead to see what today's regulations are.
