Family Reunion Food Ideas?

I need some ideas for dishes to take to a family reunion. I remember seeing a question similar to this a few weeks back and I'd like to look at the ideas people posted but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Some of you seem great at finding those buried treasures. Thanks so much for your help.

i always like to ask my grandmother for special recipes that she or her mom used to make & try to make one of those...or make something that i loved, from when my grandma would make it for us as kids...
