Family Doctor Needed

I went to Kansas City Pediatrics for a while on State line road off of I-435. I liked one of the doctors a lot and one not-so-much (he was good but I like the doctor to pretend my kids are the only patients when we're in the examining room and he always seemed to be just giving me the basics and then taking off.) The place was clean and had lots of fun stuff in the waiting rooms; the staff was great and I would have kept going there except that I now live over by the race track and Legends it takes 35 minutes to get there. College Park Family Care Center has several offices in the Overland park area as well as one in Leawood. They are easy to get appointments with and have several specialists in their practice as well as well as several doctors to choose from so if one doesn't work well for you try another one in their practice. My family has seen several different ones as we usually go to acute care and see whoever is on call and have liked them all so far. I don't know which ones are good at the Leawood office but my parents have been to that office and seemed to like the care they got there. My nephew also goes to a cardiac doctor in the practice and he is really good.

We love Dr. Killen at Brookside Family Medicine - 7130 Wornall Rd. 523-WELL(9355). They are quick to get you in, early morning appts, he see's children too and they now have Saturday morning clinics.

My husband and I (as well as much of my extended family!) see Dr. Rene Bollier. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the best doctors in the KC area. He is very near you in St. Joseph Hospital. His group is Kansas City Family Medical Care, phone # ###-###-####. For sick visits, if he is not available, they have a nurse practitioner, Mary Ryan, who is great too!
My kids go to a pediatrician, Dr. Harvey Grossman at Pediatric Care Specialists. We love him. We almost always get in to him when needed. There have been some occassions where it was his day off and we saw another dr., and they are all great! They are near St. Lukes South Hosp. at 123rd and Metcalf in Overland Park.

Dr. Kent Bogner is in Belton, MO but he is WONDERFUL!!! He has been our family doctor for over 12 years now. You can also look into doctor's at St. Joseph medical center (Carondelet Health). I worked in their ER for 3 years. Sorry, but I cannot recall any specific family doctors in that area. However, it is near your home. Good luck :)

I love my doctor's office! They are in the Menorah Medical Center. There is several doctors and a male doctor. I've never had to wait more than 10 mins and never had a problem getting an appt. quickly.

I've been seeing Dr. Christine Boylan for almost 10 years now. I absolutely LOVE her! She delivered my daughter and will be delivering our 2nd baby next June! My husband and my 22 month old daughter go to her too. She's located in the Menorah Medical Center off of 119th and Nall, so not very far from you at all.
