I have been very nauseous (not throwing up) for 8 days straight and it's the worst in the morning. I have no other symptoms. AF ended Sat March 13th. Has anyone had pregnancy symptoms this early??? Or am I just paranoid??? Maybe it's a stomach virus?
I am taking b/c pills and I didn't miss a day at all. I got pregnant with our 1st son on the patch and our 2nd son on the pill ( I missed 1 day and took 2 the 2nd day) so birth control is iffy with us. I took a pg test yesterday morning and it was negative.

What can I do next?

Do you have any idea when you ovulate? If you ovulate early (say maybe 10 days after your period) then you could have around March 23rd and got pregnancy and maybe you are feeling symptoms related to implanation.

If not, I'd chalk it up to being sick.

I doubt you are pregnant---the stomach flu has been going around like crazy. Even if you had an extremely short cycle and ovulated right at the end of your menstrual cycle, it is unlikely. Did you have sex on or around the 13th? I just highly doubt you are pregnant. Wait another week or two and if your period doesn't return then get another test. Best of luck.

It could just be a virus...but with my second pregnancy I literally started throwing up days after conception...so it's possible. Since you're on bc pills I would go tothe doctor and ask for a blood test since they're more sensitive to the HCG levels...that way you're not taking the pill if you are pregnant.

I was naseauous 4 days after the conception of both our children. The doctor said some people react to the pregnancy hormones that way. I chalked it up the flu the first time but was smarter the second time around. I knew I was pregnant by how I felt but the pregnancy tests didn't show a result for 3 weeks after the sick tummy started. It was the reason I ended up buying 7 pregnancy tests with my youngest. I knew I was pregnant.

If you're trying or if you didn't use any birth control there is always a chance you're pregnant.

If you are, then CONGRATS! Every baby is a blessing.

Now... If birth control really works that poorly for you, then maybe it's time to take control of your own destiny. Have you ever read Taking Control of Your Fertility? I too was on BC for years, but after reading that book I cried. All those years of hating BC and it wasn't necessary. Each woman is capable of taking control of her own body and only letting it get pregnant when she wants it to. I doubted the method, but I just used it for a month to get pregnant. Guess what? After 8 months of trying to concieve... I'm pregnant! In ONE month. It's easy and it's empowering to figure out that you CAN do it!! There are hundreds (possible thousands) that use the method either for birth control or to get pregnant. I encourage you to try it.
