thebump.com will send out weekly emails telling you what size fruit your baby is that week. They also have good stories, tips, and what you should expect that week in your pregnancy. It was fun to find out what fruit my baby was each week! If you want something different :)

Congrats! I don't know about a site, but it seems like you've received a ton of suggestions. I only want to reiterate what another poster said. Join a local mothers of twins club. I'll admit, I thought it sounded so dorky, but I LOVE my twins club, and I couldn't imagine being pregnant with and raising twins without their support!

I think I just used baby center when I was pregnant with my twins. I would also recommend joining a local Moms of Twins club while you are still pregnant so you can get to know the ladies before the babies come. It's really nice to have a group of friends who know exactly what it's like with twins, plus they will usually bring you dinners after delivery! My twins are 14 months now, and I still love being a part of the club :) Congrats!
