Enfamil Gentlease

does anyone know of a ready to feed formula that is similar to the gentlease formula. they do not make a ready to feed gentlease and i would like something to take on the go. she currently is on the gentlease powder but would like to have something for on the road that doesn't have to be mixed.

What can I do next?

My little one is on the same formula and I too was looking for the "on the go" sticks or something for on the go. Since I couldn't find anything, I decided to go with one of those containers that has 3 chambers in it to store the measured out scooped formula. When I'm on the go, I just fill up my bottles with water and take the container. I just mix them on the go, it worked pretty well.

something you may want to consider before changing things....

1. my first child worked well with 2 different formulas. my second child threw up anything that wasn't enfamil.

2. both children, brought up on powder, refused to drink ANYTHING that was premade.

I would make sure to test out anything of the sort before you make a change to make sure you don't waste any money, especially in times like these.....
Hope this helps.

Hi B.,

My daughter was going through a bit of digestion problems when she was younger, also. She is now 8 months. I put her on Nestle Good Start with B bifidus. I'm not sure if they have a ready to feed version, but it worked out very well. Hope this helps.

Have you tried similac sensitive. The sensitive r.s. is similar to the enfamil a.r. and has added rice starch. The plain sensitive is for fussiness and gas like the gentlease. I've used both my son who was on A.R. and is now on gentlease. It's in an orange and white bottle.

My daughter and son both had to be on gentlease but we found out that Target makes basically the same formula for $10 less than the Enfamil brand, but it is still a powder...neither one of my kids liked the pre-made liquid, it actually caused them to spit up more. Also we use the 3 chamber container like somone else mentioned, it works great for trips. Just fill the bottles with water and then add the powder.
