Hello Ladies! Does anyone have an electrician they could recommend to me? I have about five outlets in my house that have all gone out at the same time and I have no idea why. Thank You!

I'm thinking that one of your ground fault plugs popped, with all this moisture we have had. Those are the plugs with the little white, rectangular buttons in the middle. Both buttons are usually flush, unless it pops, and then one will stick out, and plugs in a whole area will not work until you pop that button back in. We have one in the kitchen that pops sometimes, and one in the garage. I don't know where else because those are the main 2 that pop. They are made that way for safety. But you will be really mad at yourself if you pay an electrician to come push a button for you. Good luck. I hope you can fix it yourself!

My husband Tom Black-###-###-#### or his cell ###-###-####. He has over 20 years experience, lives in South Arlington and is retired after being the only kitchen tech at GPISD for over 16 years for 37 schools. He is also an all aroung handyman for a lot of other things and he charges about 1/2 what an electrician charges. He is dependable and honest.

Check all your circuit breakers too... before calling the electrician. Best wishes!

I agree, check around for the GFCI buttons, one in my kitchen makes all (4) of the outlets on my back splash go out. Also check your breaker box because it would be very rare for 5 outlets to just go out at the same time.
