Has anyone had light pink discharge randomly occur (not from an exam or intercourse) during their pregnancy? Today I have some pink discharge and some soreness but I'm not sure if it's light cramps. It's hard for me to register pain because I have sciatica so my back is always sore. It's more sore today but I'm on my feet all night at work. So paranoid that something bad is happening!!! I have an appointment in 2 hours. I'm feeling sad:(

What can I do next?

I had some very light bleeding early on in my pregnancy the second time around. I am currently 30 plus weeks pregnant, so all was fine with me! I hope you nothing but the best!

That sounds pretty normal. Bleeding that is light spotting or less, like only enough for a single light pad to catch, is usually nothing to be concerned about and this early in the pregnancy is very likely to be implantation bleeding. I felt the soreness when I had implantation and then the spotty bleeding. I still let the doctor know about it, but they didn't do an ultrasound until I was estimated to be 10 weeks along. They did do a blood test in the office and checked my hormone levels though.

Its pretty normal to bleed early on in the pregnancy. I had an actual "period" so I thought when I became pregnant with my twins but it wasn't "normal" for me which triggered a question in my mind. I went to the store thinking Aw-it will just be negative but nope it was positive. I think usually they are more concerned with bright red bleeding. Usually a pinkish or brownish is okay as long as your not filling up your pad within an hour.
I had a miscarriage/ectopic pregnancy back in December. I didn't cramp or hurt at all until of course they induced me with the medicine to rid of the ectopic pregnancy if that was indeed what it was-my chart says presumed ectopic but I actually began to bleed out before I was told I needed the shot to dissolve the pregnancy. It sounds okay from what you describe but things are so "if'y" during the first trimester but I'm glad you made an appointment to be seen so they can rule anything out and just for yur own sanity ;()) Good luck sweetie and just remember God always knows what is best for us-the pregnancy back in December looking back on it-it would not have been a good thing. I'm sure if it would have been meant to be then everything would have worked out but God always knows what is best for us even when we don't. I think you will be fine though-it is pretty normal to do so!

I am 6 weeks, 6 days and had what looked to me like pink lemonade colored CM when I wiped. Nothing like blood, I've had to miscarriages, so I know way to much about all that, but it was strange and I flipped out. Only happened that one time and as of an ultrasound yesterday we have a strong healthy heartbeat and all is well.

This happens a lot. Usually it's nothing to worry about. I won't tell you to relax because I know you cannot possibly - I wouldn't have either! But I can tell you that a little bleeding, perhaps mixed with some mucus or other vaginal discharge, is normal and can be kind of pink. Good luck - sending you good thoughts!
