Earliest Signs of Pregnancy?
What is the earliest signs of pregnancy that one might have? (beyond the most obvious ones...) Are there any early, early signs to look for before you miss your first period?
Any helpful hints in order to get pregnant? (Once again, beyond the most obvious thing needed:)

I WAS SO TIRED! I truly could not keep my eyes open!!! That's my ONLY sign...I was bleeding my whole first trimester starting from 4 weeks until about 12 weeks. But I was SO tired the whole first trimester too. It went away so quickly once I hit that 13 week mark!

With my first child, I was extremely thirsty in the mornings. Very sensitive to smells. With my first and fourth children, I almost blacked out - got really hot and started seeing spots, but I sat down before anything happened.

With my 2nd pregnancy, I ran a low grade fever (very early). I had said something to a friend, and she said, "I wonder if you're pregnant, I ran a fever with both my pregnancies." So, after a few days of 99-100 degrees, I finally took a test, and sure enough, it was a faint positive! I had never heard that before, but I guess it can happen. Good Luck!!
