I have found the the NutriminC RE9 body wash & the body serum and lotion are the best products out right now. Even though I am a consultant, I used the products for at least 2-3 years prior to beginning my own business, I love the products and highly recommend them.

If you are interested in ordering any Arbonne products, I offer 50% off specials for first orders. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.

I would love to talk to you...

My derm recommended Eucerin Dry Skin Therapy lotion. It has worked great! It's one of the few non prescription lotions that contains urea, an active ingredient that fights dry skin. It's $9.99 for the large bottle at Walmart and Target. I use it on my legs and everyone wonders why they're so soft.

I have tried the RENEW that Deana is talking about and it works great. The doctor also told me that dry skin is also caused by not drinking enough water so you might try upping your water intake as well. :) Also, I don't know if you take BC pills or what kind but one kind I used to take SEVERLY dried me out.

I have fought extreme dry skin all my life. My experience is that you have to find several lotions that work well for you and rotate through them. One will work great for me for a while, then not so great. I tried Eucerin because it was recommended by a dermatologist to me. Hated it. Too greasy. My favorites have included Curel Fragrance Free, Aveeno, and the latest is Gold Bond Medicated.

But even better than lotion (and this might sound crazy) has been taking baths with apple cider vinegar added to the water. I've had such good results that I have now put some (uncut) into a spray bottle for in the shower. After toweling off, I spray it all over and rub it in a little. Can burn for a moment after shaving, but it is well worth it.

Now, what has worked THE BEST for me is the exact opposite of what the dermatologists have always told me: swimming. I don't understand why, but the harshness of the water seems to actually help my skin. If I go at least once each week, my skin actually looks (and I guess feels) normal.

Hope you find what works for you soon!

Arbonne has something called Skin Conditioning Oil and its great stuff! You can put it anywhere you have dry skin (even your heels) and its not oily at all. I use it as well on anyhting that may scar and it dosent ever scar (I have repalced Neosporin with it). Well let me know if your interested in the prodcut or in having a party (I give a free prdcut just for having one). C. ###-###-####

My daughter's dermatologist recommended this product line http://cerave.com/ for me when she saw the dry skin and eczema on my hands. Mine is very very bad. There's a cleanser, a lotion and a cream. You can get it at CVS. It's probably at other drug stores too. She also said Cetaphil cleanser and cream were good.

I have used Gold Bond Medicated Lotion in the past, expecially in the winter. It is a little pricey but worth it. You can find it anywhere. Also, I use the regular strength, the extra strength made my skin tingle too much!
Hope this helps.

Hi G.!

Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap is a very lightweight body soap that doesn't dry out your skin. It contains no toxic chemicals, which can sometimes dry out the skin. It can be found at Whole Foods Market. You can also try applying extra virgin olive oil to your skin at night to help with the dryness. Hope this helps!

All 3 of my boys have VERY dry skin so we know all about what has worked for them. By far, the best (working, smelling, feeling, & most economical) lotion is RENEW from this awesome wellness company. They also have some great body washes for kids and adults that smell great! Their bar 'soaps' really feel like lotion in a bar. My boys' skin has gotten so much better since we started using them! I'd be happy to tell you all about what we use. Email me at ____@____.com luck!

I also recommend Cetaphil lotion and cleanser (soap free). My 1 year old has eczema and dry skin and that is what we use. More specifically we use the off brand from Wal-Mart. It is a fraction of the cost with the same ingredients. The Cetaphil cream may work for you as well, but it seemed to bother my girl.
