This just happened to my friend's daughter. She had called the dentist and they said to just start wiggling the baby tooth, get it loose and work on it, work on it. After a few weeks, the baby tooth came out.
The RARE and worst case is that the baby teeth will have to be pulled, but start wiggling those baby teeth and this most likely won't happen.

this happened to my daughter with two seperate teeth and the dentist said not to worry about it, the baby tooth will fall out on it's own. It took over a month for the baby tooth to even get wiggly, so don't freak if it takes a long time.

Definately take him to the dentist. The adult teeth will not have enough room to grow in properly if the baby ones arent pulled. It will be too crowded in his already small mouth. I have a 9 yr old that has had 11 teeth pulled so far because of baby teeth not falling out and overcrowding. Her adult teeth are beautifully straight because we acted in time.

This happened to our son and I decided to take him to the dentist right away. The dentist pulled the baby one out. The reason I decided to do this is because I had to wear braces for 4 years when I was in junior high/high school and i was going to do anything i could to keep my sons teeth straight. The tooth shifted right into place.
Good Luck

That also happened to me. The reason in my case was because I had such long roots on my baby teeth. Over time I did have to have many of my baby teeth pulled. Take your child to the dentist.
Good luck.

This happened to my son but the dentist said it is quite common and it is fine. And usually, you don't have to do anything, just wait for the baby tooth to fall out. Also it happened to my son's friend and everything worked out fine.
