I am in the market for a double stroller . . . so far I am favoring a side by side, and the Peg Perego Twin Aria is my top pick. I would love to hear from moms who have this stroller, whether or not they like it, and why. I would also love to hear from anyone who has a different side by side that they like and why.

Thanks!!

What can I do next?

Agreeing with a PP about double wide strollers...I hear they are a pain unless you are outdoors. They dont work so well on small paths, through doorways, in malls, stores etc. Which is pretty much what I needed the stroller for in the first place. Those reasons deterred me from a side by side, that and my kids would bug each other the entire time anyway! ;)

I just purchased my 3rd inline double stroller last week, and I think I finally found 'the one' with my Graco Duoglider! It is sturdy, which is a MUST HAVE for me since we use our strollers a lot! I have had some tough times with the double stroller saga, but I did my homework, asked around, took a few test drives (with my kids IN the stroller) and found the Duoglider. There are different models and prices range from about $150 to $260 depending on the quality you’re looking for.
I was also considering the Peg Perego Duette, But don’t like the folding options (which requires removing the seats to fold) as we are constantly on the go!
We needed something that rides easy, can survive my active kids, and that I can transport fairly easy. And I think we finally nailed it. lol
GL to you in your stroller hunt!

I have the BOB Revolution Dualie - and LOVE it!!! So easy to push, turns on a dime, and the kids are very comfy in it. Two down-sides. The storage basket underneath is too small for my taste and it is ackward to put into the back of my car (and it takes up a lot of room). Other than that, I love it - I use it every single day.

I have NEVER had a problem with it not fitting in stores.

The moms I knew who had side by sides complained about using it in stores such as Target or the mall. They were usually to wide to fit between clothing racks, etc. Just make sure whatever you get has enough storage for all the items two munchkins require. happy pushing!

Try online at burlington coat factory for the Safari double jogging stroller. Manuevers great front wheel moves and you can actually push it easily with two kids in it with one hand. I researched and found this one to be afforable and well put together. Most stores are required to make aisles wheelchair accessible which translates for us side by side users for easy manuevering. Babies R Us sells mesh bags and stroller hooks that I used to add extra storage. Each seat reclines on its own for one sleeping, and the other up which is important since one is two and the other an infant. 5 point harness is great since an infant can easily be strapped in and laid down while the other is up or down. Shade is a little short, but for the price and easy steering I easily could add a shade extender. Hope this helps

I love my Maclaren twin stroller. It is easy to manuever, easy to fold and easy to fit thu doors. We have 4 kiddos and we have used Peg Perego's, the Baby Trend Sit and Stand and the Nordic Trak double jogger and the Maclaren is my fav by far.

I love my side-by-side - I have an Inglesina twin - it's a lightweight, umbrella-type stroller, but is a fully adjustable recliner (5-6 spots) for each side. I actually got mine second-hand on Craig's list about a year ago - it was like new, but 1/3 of the price of a new one! Best money every spent!

I do mostly use mine outside (zoo, parks, etc.), but when I've used it at the mall and in stores, I've had no problems.

Congrats on your pregnancy!

I have the BOB Duallie Revolution. It is actually a jogger but I use it for everything! LOVE IT. My friend owns www.joggermom.com (local stay at home Mom) - she has lots of great stroller info on her site.
