Double Jogging/swivel Stroller

We have a Phil and Teds Explorer stroller. We definitely splurged on it, but I know you can buy the Phil and Teds Sport stroller used (which is being discontinued). A used Sport should be $200 or under, depending on the condition. I also recently ran a post on my parenting blog about strollers. i have a bob duallie which is pricey but i love. at my parent's house we have an in step double jogger which i've found is a great inexpensive stroller. it comes with a tray for you and the kids. the wheel swivels or can be locked. and what i really love is that it has separate shades for each kid. mine love to decide whether theirs is up or down:) i've run with the instep and it is definitely not as smooth as my bob, but it's great for walking. good luck in your search-it can be quite overwhelming:)

I have the double schwinn jogger with swivel wheel. I LOVE it and it is a very affordable option. I got last year's model on Ebay shipped to my door for about $85 brand new in box. HTH!

I love my Schwinn Freewheeler AL (I think that's the name of it). I found one used on CL for $100. Well worth the money. I would probably feel comfortable recommending any Schwinn as long as it has the swivel front wheel. They have large canopies and even a storage compartment below. I can jog and walk with my 2 boys (3 and 1 1/2) and it moves very easily with one hand. Good luck!
