Does Anyone Know a Nice Place to Go in January or February for My Anniversary?
My hsb and I are looking to go away for an extended weekend for our 10th anniversary. Does anyone have a good recommendation of a place, in Michigan, preferably an outdoor hot-tub and not alot of kids? We are open to hotels, cottages, cabins, B&B's etc. We are looking at going in January or February. What were we thinking when we got married in the dead of winter???? Thanks for you help.

Hi,
My husband and I went to Oscoda one time and stayed at a B&B called Huron House. It's right on the water, some rooms have fire-places, hot tubs, some have outdoor hot tubs on your private deck. And there is a fire pit down by the water. Here is the link...
Happy Anniversary!

Saugatuck has a lot of great b&b's and houses to rent with hot tubs...

The west side of the state is really pretty in the winter. And it's not busy.
My birthday is in February and we have been going to the South Haven area. We find different B&Bs/inns to stay at. And there are a lot of wine tasting places.
One year my husband took me to Niagara Falls (in Feb). It was really nice.
We've also gone to Frankenmuth in Feb. It's nice but everything closes really early - like by 6:00.
