Capital Women's Care in Silver Spring. I like them in general (had to see them all before my daughter was born) but my favorites are Sine and Tyau. They're right off the Beltway at Dennis and Georgia Ave., so not far from Bethesda at all.

Since you didn't indicate if you are looking for OB care or gyn care, or what kind of approach you are looking for I can give you one suggestion in your area. Midwifery Care Associates are a group of midwives that are in the same office as Simmons and Simmons ob/gyn practice.
Midwifery care is more woman focused, and midwives tend to have better outcomes in birth as well.
