Morning moms and TGIF!

I'm interested in your user reviews of Sprint or Credo Mobile if you use them for your cell phone carrier. How do you find their coverage, prices and also customer service?

Thanks in advance and happy weekend!

Added: does an unlimited plan include mobile web?? We don't currently use that but my husband may be upgrading his cell phone to that for work purposes.

What can I do next?

I have Sprint and have never had a problem with them. I get a discount through my employer so my bill for a family plan with 2 lines and unlimited everything is $125 a month.

I have Sprint. I don't know if they are the worst, but they must be close. As far as we are concerned they have the worst drop call rate around. The coverage is abysmal. They nickel and dime you to death with their fees. Administration fee, detailed bill fee (should you actually want to see what you are being charged), spending limit account fee (EVERYONE is on a spending limit account unless you give them the right to directly debit your bank account) A $99 unlimited plan ends up costing over $130 per month by the time they finish with all the "fees" $8 for insurance / maintenance. Yet if you need to replace the phone it is an automatic $50 or more and they will try to say you got the phone wet even if you did not and then it is NOT covered.
Customer service can be fun too. You get passed from person to person and get to repeat your issue over and over. They outsource a great deal of their customer service to India and the Philippines. Which is fun when the issue you are calling about is having poor signal and you can barely hear them much less understand at times. One young lady who helped me from the Philippines I later became FB friends with. She worked 12 hour shifts for them and was paid 70 cents per hour. My contract is up, and as soon as my husbands is we are switching carriers.

we switched to sprint back in May. We have 2 android phones and we have unlimited text, web and media and I think we share 1500 minutes or something like that. but even with the minutes most of them dont count towards our limit because of how we call or something, so we always have tons and tons of minutes left over. but we use the texting and the internet a lot. the bill is about $150 a month, which is really expensive in my opinion, but my husband has gotten hooked so I guess were sticking. we have had really great CS in store and over the phone when we have had problems. we dont get charged for roaming unless more than half of our usage is roaming.

I use Sprint. Our service coverage is great, customer service is great, but its pretty expensive. We pay about $170/mo for our two unlimited plans.

Have you considered a prepaid phone? You can get a pretty nice Android powered Smartphone with a ton of minutes & unlimited everything else for under $50 a month. Right now I have a plan with Virgin Mobile that is $45 a month for 1200 minutes & unlimited text & web. Pretty good deal, no credit check or deposit & zero commitment. Prepaid phone companies have come a long way.

We ahve had Sprint since our first big flip phones many eons ago (I was still a nanny then, with a plan of 30 minutes...more than 15 + years ago!! Dang!).

We currently have 3 Android based, HTC Evo 4G phone for hubby, myself and teen daughter. We also have my BIL and his wife on our plan.

We all share a 1500 minute plan with unlimited data and text, etc...just the minutes are shared, everything else is unlimited between the 5 phone lines. Our bill is about $235 and we split it the 5 ways. We get a small discount thru hubbys work.

We have always loved the coverage we have and stayed with Sprint for that reason. When we have traveled across the country to go snowmobiling in remote areas in the mountains, we seem to have signals in places our friends do not who have other carriers. We are happy with it!

Go to www.sprint.com and you can see plans, what unlimited means and includes, etc. I have internet, e-mail, facebook, etc., etc. on mine. It's unlimited.
