Has anyone stayed in wyndham bonnett creek resort? Not the hotel but the condos. I know they are timeshares and they might be pushy, but online it looks like a fantastic place for the whole family with lots of extra space for the kids rather than being smooshed in a very expensive hotel on property. Plus I want to enjoy the resort and not be at the parks everyday. My kids will be 6, 5, 3 at the time of travel. Thanks in advance for any input.

My brother stayed there in December and loved it. We have also stayed att the Marriott time shares Royal and Imperial Palms. We are hoping to stay at Bonnet Creek in July if it opens up.

I say go for it if it's open!

We just went to disney at the end of Nov. I thought that bonnett creek looked awesome too! We did not end up staying there. Either the places were booked or I didn't get a timely reply via VRBO. We ended up staying at the Blue Heron just outside park property. For us the condos were an excellent choice. We were able to put my daughter to bed in a room with a door and have family and friends stay with us while we were there. We took one day and went to the beach too. If you do the condos ask how long the shuttle rides to the parks are before you commit. We took it one day and ended up paying for the parking after that because the shuttle went to too many other places. So much quicker to drive and then you have the flexibility to come and go if you want.

It does not sound like you are doing a Disney vacation but a getaway where Disney happens to be. In that case, you will fine at the Wyndham as long as they have a pool. Assuming you are going in the summer. Now if you go in December my recommendations would be different. Kids your ages would rather be at the pool then the parks.

If you would like to consider all options the on property condos, Old Key West, are great.
