Diets That Work?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any diets that really work? I have never really had a weight problem until I got pregnant. Through pregnancy and 2 1/2 yrs later I have probably put on almost 80 pounds and just don't have the will power to do what I am supposed to do to take it off and it's getting way out of hand. Any ideas would be really appreciated!

Hi, my name is M.,and I have lost about 85lbs since I started this diet put out by Gwen Shamblin and The Weigh Down Workshop. You can go to www.weighdown.com, to find out more information. This diet really works, and you can keep eating the foods you like, it's the greatest diet I have ever tried.

Weight watchers is wonderful. It really works and easy to maintain because you don't give up the foods you love. worked great for me I lost 36 lbs

Hi L.,

I've lost over 30 pounds using the Cinch Inch Loss plan - it's a lifestyle change though that helps you keep the muscle and lose the fat: http://www.CinchInches.com

Weight Watchers is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I lost 40 lbs and kept it off until I got pg. Then ww helped me lose all the baby weight. I'll be starting it again as soon as baby #2 weans (I don't suggest using it to anyone who is bfing, even though they have different points levels - you just can't diet if you're making milk)

Weight Watchers works, but it's work! I'm too lazy to do it again...I lost 50 pounds in 1990 and by now have it all back on because I strayed! About your school...if you have problems in your college algebra class (I don't go any higher than that), please contact me by e-mail and I can help. I have tutored online for a few years now, most of my success (and enjoyment) being with older students returning to college! My email is (in case it's hidden here) ____@____.com

Good luck.

Hi L.,

Lettuce lettuce lettuce ! That's right! It's healthy, easy to 'make' and doesn't cost much. Not as boring as it sounds. Surround it with *grilled* fish, chicken, veggies and even potatoes and whole wheat bread; fruits. Healthy Egg Beaters are great to. Sauteeing is wonderful, just don't have your food swimming in oil.....ewwww.

No fats or sugars, stay away from sauces and spreads unless they are lite/no fat. Stick with **no fat/low calorie** Dannon Stay Fit Yogurt and lite ice cream.

All this and a dash of common sense should take a chunk off you in no time. You will do fine.

Though you didn't ask, as a bonus I thought I'd throw it in ;-)). This is what I do for exercise. You have to click around, but there is something for every part of your body, and it's free! You don't have to register or anything. Get right to it. Pictures, printouts, THE WORKS! So go to it! http://www.prevention.com/cda/categorypage.do?category=bo...

Now go have a fruit salad topped with no fat cool whip, and all the best in your new happy fat free life. The best of luck in school. I just know you'll do great !!!!!

Blessings!

I am using sparkpeople.org to count my calories. My doc says I need to stay under 1500, sparkpeople says 1200 - 1550, but I am just trying to stay in that range and exercise 3 times a week. That is how I dropped the weight the last time I was skinny.

weight watchers works. Best of all-you get to eat.
