Boudreaux Butt Paste works really great. I was using Flanders Buttocks Ointment but the advice nurse told me to get the Butt Paste. You can get the Butt Paste at any drug store, Target, Walmart, probably even the grocery store. It is OTC whereas you need to ask a pharmacist for the Flanders. It is the same as the Flanders except with more zinc oxide. Works wonders. If it is a yeast diaper rash (like from taking antibiotics) then use Lotrimin and cover that with the Butt Paste. Just been through this with both of my children so I know it works. Hope this helps!

Whenever my babies would get diaper rash, I would immediately call the pediatrician's office and request that the call in a prescription for "Happy Hiney". Yes, it's a silly name, but the stuff is like a miracle cream! I try to always have it on hand! There's only one pharmacy in my town that can mix it and it's across town...but, it's totally worth the trip! =0) Call your dr. and ask about this stuff, I promise it will work. If you are unable to do this for some reason, I also really liked Dr. Smith's Diaper Ointment. You can get it at any drugstore or even grocery store. It's in a blue and white little tub. Works really well (but not as good as Happy Hiney!) Good luck!

Keisha, i am not sure the age range for your child as far as to what you can a child with the age approiate dosages. But for diaper rash, I LOVE FANNY CREAM, you can just call your phramacy and tell them you want them to mix you up some and you do not have to have prescription for it and it's cheap.

I used BAG BALM on my kids diaper rash. It is used to soothe cow utters, but it works practically overnight on diaper rash. You can find it in Wal-Mart (in the pet section). It is in a green tin can and cost around $5-6. It really works!

I know this might sound crazy but the best thing in the world for diaper rashes are foot fungus sprays and powders, they clear the rash up within hours, my Dr. reccomended this to me 22 years ago and it never failed. Now it is normal to have two to three bowel movements a day that is quite normal and healthy, but if it is extremely loose that might be a problem that could lead to dehydration. you may want to consider asking a Dr's advice on that. I hope the best for you.

Hi K.-
In response to your diaper rash inquiry, has anyone suggested trying Arbonne's Baby Care products? I have an 18 month old son and from day one I have been using all products exclusively. The diaper cream especially is fantastic with the body and hair wash! He had responded very well to these products and the mothers that I have recommend Arbonne's products to have had nothing but successful things to say!

Arbonne's products are all natural and botanically based, fragrant free, no animal testing or bi-products. And most of all, products are approved by Pediatrician. My father is a pediatrician and pediatric oncologist and has referred many patients and nurses to b/c he sees the success in using these products and know they are healthy for you and your children!

If you are interested in learning more about Arbonne's products, especially our baby care line, please don't hesitate to email me at ____@____.com. I always offer a 35% discount on products and sometimes can even extend the discount to 50 or 80% off! This month I have a special promotion on qualifying orders which you can receive a FREE gift, $20 in value!

I hope you find something that works!
