Dermatologist - Overland Park,KS

hi ladies,
i was wondering if anyone knew of a good dermatologist in the johnson county area (preferably lenexa, overland park, or shawnee).

my face began breaking out when i was pregnant, and my daughter is now 16 months old, and i am still having issues...so frustrating. if anyone knows of a good doc, i would certainly appreciate it.

thank you ladies for all your suggestions! i have an apptmt at the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center in Leawood. after 2 of you recommended it i called and have an apptmt for the 18th....i could have gotten in sooner, but i needed the apptmt at a certain time of day. looking forward to going and having a better complexion and feeling better about myself!

I had this same exact thing happen to me! I never had any troubles with acne and then I broke out when I was pregnant with my daughter and then my face never went back to normal. I went to Dr. Ronald A. Higgins. He is at St. Joseph Medical Center off of 435 and Stateline. He gave me a prescription for a pill that I have to take twice daily and my skin has never looked better!! The number there is ###-###-####. Good luck!

I've gone to Angela Bosch, P.A.-C, M.P.A.S. at the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center in OP for almost 5 years. She is really great. I highly recommend going to a Physician Assistant; you can get an appointment in matter of days rather than weeks or months.

I would also recommend the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, www.kcdermcenter.com. They are located at 115th and Roe. I see Karen Neubauer, and I really like her too. Good luck!

I go to Dr. James Allen...he's located at Boulevard Dermatology on College and Nall. He's super nice and b/c he's just an office of one, you can almost always get an appointment the week you call, or if not, easily the following week. I don't have the number off hand, but if you are interested, message me and I'll find it for you! He rocks! He diagnosed all my weird skin issues while I was pregnant, and I had a few!!
