I have been going to the same dentist since I was about 4 years old. His name is Dr. DelMonico & he is on North Avenue, just west of Harlem in Elmwood Park. I live in Chicago now near Archer & Harlem so its a bit of a drive for me, but he is worth it!! Also, I have a 3 1/2 year old son who just went to his first visit there 2 weeks ago & did fantastic! They treat everything & the whole family & they take insurance. Good luck! Jen

Hi! I am a dental sales rep in Chicago. I don't have the Logan Square area as a part of my territory but I can ask my co-worker which dentist she would go to if she lives there. Her dentist is in Lincoln Park (Always There Dental Care). We are in so many offices that we can sort of gauge their service by the office cleanliness, knowledge and attitude.

I have an amazing dentist. His name is Matt Zander and his practice is:
West End Dental (at the corner of Southport and Armitage-###-###-####). I now live in the suburbs, but prefer to drive into the city so I can keep going to him!

I will say that his fees are a little higher than the average--but if you have a good dental plan, there's nothing to really worry about. I think that it's worth every cent!

I go to Healthy Smiles on Addison. The dentist is Rita Platt or I have seen Stephanie Wagner. Their website is http://www.healthysmilesdds.com/. Their phone number is ###-###-####. I had a baby in August of last year and they have been great. They are very nice and understand people who have taken some time off from getting their teeth cleaned. It had been four years since I got my teeth cleaned and they were gentle. You can tell them A. K. referred you. I have an appointment again with them in May. I don't regret going to the dentist now.
